The Elmridge Room at Tomahawk Hills Golf Course is the perfect place to hold your next special event!
This space can accommodate up to 120 guests comfortably and lecture style up to 150 guests. This is an open vendor facility which allows you to bring your own food and beverage, including alcohol. The Elmridge Room amenities also include a catering bar and kitchenette with a microwave oven, sink and refrigerator. There is also a patio that overlooks the golf course! Renters are required to set up the table configuration to their desire and remove all trash at the conclusion of their rental.
Pricing 2024
- Per Hour – 2 hour minimum $125
- Per Day – (see hours below) $650
- Refundable Damage Deposit $250
- Staffing Fees after 5:30 pm $30 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours
*After hours includes any hours rented before sunrise and after sunset.
*Upon signing your contract $250 dollar is due. This amount will be applied to your total rental fee and is non refundable if you cancel. The remaining balance and refundable damage deposit is due 30 days prior to your event.
